One thing to note is the big increase in the metal prices. Once we are operational, by the year end, this should work in our favor. I would have to also assume the Dubbo Optimization study will also show this as a big positive. I believe this is just the start to a prolonged price increases. The price for Neodymium has doubled in the past year. That's a huge increase.
