That's the positive side of the story , the increase in the Metal Prices .
But the "balance of that story"...is the fact ( likelihood) that the oxides or concentrates from which the metals arise , will have risen in price as well !
Additionally ....even tho the Metal Plant has been delayed in construction , it is making significant progress , and is due to be commissioned by year end ...TWO MONTHS AWAY !
That then raises two questions :
1) the availability of raw materials on site , to start and then ramp up the commissioning . There is certainly lack of detail in the Quarterly , other than "these discussions on raw material supplies have been progressed "! The widely circulated conversation of Ship Freighting delays , means that we don't want a Plant without material ! Not saying it will happen , but would rather see much more detail that it is /has been resolved .
2) which drives into the question of the pilot plant ! It was due to be re-contructed on site with the bigger plant , and operate in support and to provide ( modest) cash flow and /or marketing material . Where are we at with that ....is it recommissioned and operational , and or awaiting raw materials ??
Not doubting the progress --just think much more substantial information on a few fronts is necessary .
