As it is expected that the Toongi ore will initially be shipped to South Korea for processing, it would seem that the rail option would be preferred over road transport. Rail from Toongi to Dubbo (on the existing now unused corridor?) and then rail to port of departure. No trucks involved and probably less CO2 released in the process. Possibly even an electric loco.
