Hi Spec,
My understanding was they want something that is DFS ready or even has a DFS but they think has been done poorly or isn't capturing full value that they can use the excellent skills of this team to whip into shape and become a quality asset. i.e not pay top dollar but something they are able to extract good value out of. Possibly proving harder than expected or maybe they are just showing very strong discipline. Have to wait and see.
