take another 3 for tax

add inventory 43-48k at 780 mining shipping and logistics costs
35 m in inventory
add 20 m land
so for market cap of 197m
by end of Dec we will have
120 in cash and inventory and 20 m in land
so one pays 77 this was 4-7 years or Bonnanaring and Atlas and gets Biddimina , Kings and all other 10 projects for free
