Honestly given that it’s in the Balkans, obvious incentives would need to be provided to some locals - hard to look past $$$$ and negotiations. I’d be absolutely shocked if our team of Serbs/geologist team who previously done works similar to this - are foreign to this concept of locals wanting to negotiate.

I wish I could answer you better re how it plays out but Ross did not provide me with anything more detailed or specific, for obvious reasons. He was confident with the following when we talked and from my understanding locals wanted permits; Drilling will still go ahead Permits are there, Ann will shortly be provided with more details.
