The company made an announcement on 12 October re legality for the Company to establish mining operations on part of the area covered
under the Bankan Project.

I know this is a Quarterly report but it does refer to some issues and transactions post quarter end, and yet it doesn't even mention the zoning issues. That doesn't resonate of confidence or openness to shareholders to me. Its a huge issue and they should be up front about it. I sold out this morning on the basis of it.

Yes, the company has fantastic potential but the risk and lack of company disclosure around the issue to date has me on the sidelines.
