With regard to the issuing of the ML, following paragraph appears to be critical IMO.

”The Department of Mines has provided favourable feedback in regard to the technical opinion on the DFS. The Minister of Mines has 30 days to award the ML following receipt of a favourable technical opinion.”

So, my two questions are:

1. Does “favourable feedback in regard to the technical opinion” constitute ”a favourable technical opinion”? and
2. If so, when was the feedback provided and hence the clock on the 30 days start ticking?
