    Wording is a bit confusing...
    To me the wording around i, ii, iii being 'favorable outcome', as opposed to iv only being favorable feedback, might mean its not an 'favorable outcome' yet hence the 30 days hasn't started? Similar wording in the last corporate update said the iv favorable technical opinion was still pending, so I think the outcome is still to come.
