Compared to the previous situation CRB now at least has a project with potentialy attractive upside, low capital requirements to produce output assuming they can prove up an economic resource, access to transport and port infrastructure and a product that is in demand globally.
Just as importantly it is a project where the existing owners had enough faith in the project to take equity rather than dollars on the sale.
The company has a fair way to go before shareholders can be fully confident re the future but right now IMHO the company is nowhere near close to a RIP assessment.
