If im CE, I would only issue those shares to North American based investors and funds, and specifically to be traded on the TSXV.
That will create liquidity in TSXV but importantly, doesn't flood asx with the new shares.
and it goes without saying that those investors could also transfer their shares to ASX if they wanted to, but I imagine most wouldn't.
I get the surprise and nervousness on this CR, but I feel strongly that it is different this time as the shares won't even be listed here in the ASX.
