Good to see Dr Giles still alive!
So the essense of the NU deal presented in couple of month time:
- We pay for the shares for a spinoff which assets that we already owned as a shareholder of HAV
- The proceeds will be later given back to us shareholders in the form of HAV dividend
- So we're being given back what we have paid for the spinoff
This feels pretty convoluted, almost like shaking my own hands, but I suppose those who can catch the good exit point could benefit.
