While the key focus is correctly getting Cade production ready, has anyone given any thought to E15/1710 which has the possibly under-stated description within the quarterly of "Regional projects, Located in WA"

Back in the June 2021 quarterly ESS presented a map of the region around and North of Pioneer Dome with aerial magnetic and radiomagnetic surveys of the area. This named Pioneer Dome, Golden Ridge and Juglah Dome. The ESS tenement near Mt Marion was marked but not named.

This tenement is E15/1710 with a start date of 15Apr2019, a Grant date of 28Jan2020 and end date of 27Jan2025. It was acquired shortly before Pioneer renamed as ESS in 2020. As shown in the maps above and below, there is a broadly circular dome structure with Mt Marion in the NW side and interesting geology around it Mt Marion. To the lower left is the tenement that ESS has. I haven't found any public descripion as to why/how Pioneer acquired it but ESS now holds it. It has some of the same rapid purple-green transition seen around Dome North (Davy / Cade).

Some of the area at about 9 oclock from the dome has a similar high magnetic spike to the area around Mt Marion. This clearly represents a change in the geology but I don't know if this represents surface showing or under-ground pegmatites. If they are pegmatites they may or may not be lithium bearing. The 71Mt resource of Mt Marion on the other side is clearly lithium bearing.

The map below with triangles is also from the GeoView WA database. It shows previous drill results and there was a cluster of past drilling around 9 oclock relative to the centre of the dome. This was by Newcrest mining looking for gold (1990's). More recently Heron (circa 2011-2013) looking for gold and nickel. None of the drill results I've clicked on are recent or reference lithium (but I haven't clicked every single drill). If Newcrest looked for and didn't mine for gold, its probably a dud for that. To have prompted >100 RAB holes over multiple years by at least two companies there is clearly something either visible on the surface or from the magnetics. The magnetic spike around 7 Oclock from the dome is also potentially interesting.
