Probably best to stay tight lipped before a contract has landed. Keeps the pesky traders away.
Leaky ship and speculation pumps the SP for no good reason.
Let's have something solid in the pipeline before the SP appreciates in value. Then news articles with substance can be released. No point in releasing news when we can't name the client and confidential contract negotiations are going on. This could do more damage than good for us.
I don't think we will have to wait much longer. The client securing funding was the biggest vote of confidence that a contract is on its way.
