The recent Livewire article stated HFR were discussing this funding with “strategic investors” to make up the Phase 1 shortfall beyond the debt package. So hopefully a solution to be confirmed shortly involving a placement to a cornerstone strategic investor who brings some experience/value add of their own in addition to the cash.
