HPA results will come in at better than 4N. No doubt. As I've previously stated, You'll get HPA out of any, and every material on earth. I actually know of a successful exercise conducted from Cow Dung.
What you will not get is a HPA Offtake agreement with anyone. Everyone working in this space is working with their own material, and all but a few of them will never see the light of day. The real Players are unlisted
