You joking right?? All Management is doing is lending money to the company at interest rates never seen before, paying himself and directors salaries out of these loans then clipping 12% interest as he goes. Where is the benefit to shareholders in all of this???

These guys are not business men, they are incapable of achieving a single thing as proven over the last 30 years! They are simply conmen! The sad part is it’s that obvious who is going to do business with a management team that operates like this!!

And Still he is only working to secure himself! Look at the clause of the loan! If there is a removal of any one of them there can be an immediate call back on the loan! He is basically blackmailing shareholders into keeping his and his mates positions!

Stop being delusional, these guys need to go and go fast! The crappy $400k he has lent the company can be raised in an eye blink once they are removed and an actual businessmen put in charge!
