I've seen it before with other micro oil and gas companies. They may wait for share price pump just before target depth is reached and then capital raise again possibly another 3 or 4 million as they do look around 2 mil short. Doubt the full 20 mil needs to be paid upfront to the drillers not that too many would be crying I'd the share price is near 4c by then
