Looks like an effort to plant the seeds and raise further capital through the European market..

180 markets lead last weeks raise, but I also know that they wouldn’t touch it (participate), it was money for jam for them to bring one entity to the table, as they received 6% of raise plus 15m options..

So now that both the shareholder approved 15% and 10% capacities have been exhausted for last weeks raise, I would speculate somewhere between end of feb and mid march we will see a trading halt for a further capital raise out of Europe for exploration in Argentina..

So much for the European tenements (Sweden/Finland) which we were all suckered in with last years raises (not that I participated, but those sophs/instos would be a bit peeved) .. Now the plan to seek and farm out a JV in those areas is just nuts, considering the potential we were sold, but maybe it the cost is way too much for 7B shares and a 7m market cap, hence the Argentine focus..

Anyway, with roughly circa $1.5m in capital, there’s just not enough funds for both working capital (including an expensive interim ceo) and an exploration program..

The only way we can stop seeing 10B plus and attracting more interested investors instead of a very bloated capital capital structure is through a well through out consolidation.. But that also presents its own set of problems..
