Well, as of last night, it appears that TVI are gate-crashers to this party
Its starting to look like a good day for lawyers here
The Villar group have a record of dealing with TSX-listed companies so it would be interesting to see if they will be playing off the the same playbook

It could be a long drawn out case, but the Villars have already been sitting on the Kingking Project for years so time doesnt seem to matter to them
There should be 2 of them as sitting Senators in a few months anyway
Certified billionaire as well, so they can bide their time
Legal costs wouldnt be an issue for them
Nor would raising funds for battle

I wonder how this will be spun in the media
