Still a mystery to me how RTG could have gone from having a JV partner putting up its own funds for the JV
To getting rid of the JV partner, winning Arbitration and seemingly 100% control of the company with Galeo out the picture
To filing receivership suit against new Filipino directors and seemingly losing control of the local company
Lots of missing pages, I think
Looks like they let a fox into the chicken house and downhill from there
