I think it depends on how you define a "win"
If a win is to fully control the mine and make all the decisions on financing, selling and giving directions
And to operate the DSO, make cash and sell to a major after the DSO stage, like the Masbate Gold playbook,
Then having a new uninvited majority partner calling its own shots doesnt sound like a win
If a win is sitting back and funding 40% of the project, raising counterpart funds and not having control over whats going to happen,
then a new partner looking to buy you out may be a win
I guess it all depends what was promised to the shareholders of RTG when they were asked to pull money out of their wallets for this project
