    I'm expecting an announcement to proceed with Phase II within the next two months. I believe the Demo plant will be built in 2022. Makes no sense to build the two plants in tandem. Designing both at the same time would be more efficient, and you can always tweak the design of the Full Facility as required, based on knowledge gain from construction of the Demo plant.
