The 5,000 TPA mentioned here isn't HPA. There would be an element of HPA in the 5k but at $4k/t you can assume it approx. 500 tonnes (or less). Also the HPA coated anode material development program is still early days so it will be awhile yet before they make a final decision. If the results come back good at the end of February I would envision a longer more detailed development program will be established.
