i'm very unhappy with this.
a material aspect of the 3 phases in the JV has changed and without notification to the market. I checked back to the october announcement and it clearly states that phase 2 would involve the construction of a demonstration plant.
yet now it gets pushed out to phase 3 and phase 2 is really just meaningless continued studies with no serious commitment required by Alcoa
this really smells fishy to me.
this is poor performance.
