Hi big2ben whilst what you say is true to an extent the report was written with a closure date on the 31st Dec.

Yes I see that they have included OTCQX Best Market commentary however, it was to show that this was approved during the quarter and that we came online on the 13th Jan. The hard work was done during the quarter.

In terms of clarification around technicals at the end of last year, the company was still receiving requests for further information. It is my understanding that the company has sent relevant documentation back weeks ago, yes after 31st Dec. It would be a tall order for the company to continually update the market each time the ministers ask for clarification.

So my takeaway of current activities is we are closer than ever to receiving a positive Technical DFS resolution and then finally a granting of the ML which will happen very quickly.
