My best guess is that the requested additional info is related to the DFS for 10mtpa which requires some time by third party. Trivial questions should not be asked at this stage or should be answered quickly. Otherwise, there may be an influential nut in the committee who just does not want to give the ML and keep asking questions. In this case, the president had to come out and press it, and he did just that a few days ago.

Just my guesses anyway. Have to agree that AVZ could be more transparent about the requested info and the answer.
