The issuing of the mining license is out of their hands they just need to follow the process which it looks like their doing. It’s a bit unfair to blame the BOD. Their reaction times are all they can do to make the process faster. There’s a lot to cover for the application, power, transport, employment, accommodation, and project size to name a few. Patients is the key here
