When "Additional" information is requested or needed, it does not mean nothing was submitted to DRC.

It could mean AVZ sumbitted additional information and possibly DRC asked for more or further clarification.

The biggest reason for not being able to supply additional information is likely, becuase they dont have it.

For example if it was about expansion and how much extra local staff will AVZ employ is not simple as saying the mine is double the size, so we will employ double the staff. In many areas if AVZ was planning on....

• 7 Kitchen staff an extra 2 might be able to serve extra lunch/dinner
• 30 people in mechaincal engineering might only need 5 extra techicians.
• 500 contruction staff might not be expansed at all, but be employed longer or doubled/trippled the number to same or shorter time

If it was about Hydroxide plant in the future, this will require indepth study and with a lot of input from CATH and third parties. Zero chance AVZ already had staff who would know much about a Hydroxide plant lol
