I would argue it is more or less positive we now know DRC is still exchanging with AVZ about the mining licence, it shows it is in their radar and not waiting on pile of paper.

Given we do not have the ML yet we knew it was delayed so nothing more negative in the annoucement than we already knew.

I would have been more concerned if they were still waiting for feedback.

Though, it would have been interesting and transparent to state what was the missing info.

Let's hope all info is soon provided to the DRC and that they finally sign on the much awaited milestone that is going to bring us to the Nirvana.
