Hmm. This is disappointing to say the least. $409k plus the $621k tax rebate plus $160k directors raise - $1.1-1.2 million. They'll probably go slow this quarter again and try to push it out into the next quarter, hoping, like they always do, that something changes the game.
I've posted enough about how their approach to capital, intended to minimise dilution, actually has the opposite result because they never have enough money to do enough work to change the game.
