A solid quarterly considering the issues they had with recoveries in Oct/Nov. December was amazing (luckily). The AISC met expectations, but.... if they have months closer to Dec, then they are easily going to get under USD $700, which is basically industry leading.
I like the clear openness in the quarterly. Clear speak. No bull. Cash/bullion of approx $37m is excellent. I would be looking for the March quarter to hit around 30k ounce at AISC of $700 USD. So perhaps clearing $30m USD (or $44m AUD) before non-sustaining/exploration (which will be low).
Great to see they also have a 1g/t stockpile contain approx 18k ounces, or basically a quarter of production tonnes wise. Exactly what you want to see in a newly minted producer
They also imply Jan production is looking good.
The quicker they can get Bullseye locked up the quicker they can prove to the market that they are hungry, unlike the majority of producers who are sitting still, too scared to make a move on anything.
