That's exactly what their budget allocation is (staff & admin) until bills from exploration roll in or any mining comes into play, not sure of the agreements in place from memory. Either way the rights issue they are planning will sort out their capital issues and I imagine something might come about after the 10th of Feb unless MCT do another extension.... Highly possible! I believe MCT would have had less numbers if NME did a CR/rights issue like they planned before MCT had the opportunity to lodge the TO bid. That really put a spanner in the works for MCT.
