Hey @Exceptional1 - I am looking into thi stock and do not understand these bits:

(Pty) Ltd (“Badimo”) of South Africa (51%) but contracted to be acquired 100% by Kinetiko."

AND
Proposed Acquisition of Badimo by Kinetiko
Badimo Gas (Pty) Ltd and Kinetiko Energy Ltd executed binding formal agreements with the
Badimo to increase its shareholding in Afro Energy from 49% to 100%.

Is that missing a comma? KKO going to have 1.2B shares on issue as they are buying somethng right?

Also whats the estimate of non-escrowed shares as I think a bunch is being use to pay off 3rd parties?
