It is not hard to agree with most of you here, Allchurch has been pretty average in the past year. We don't mind no positive results but his failure to communicate was the main concern. Shareholders have been vocal and I have no doubt being in this game for some time that some of the concerns have been received by some major investors /shareholders.
They have been some changes, not small but major as major shareholders do feel the pain like us except they hold a bigger stake than us. Now we have a new chairman who is a chartered accountant and business oriented, a NED who is experienced in this field and willing to risk his own money in the company. We have now a new acquisition which is going to be a company maker and the company indicated they are going to drill Newleyline. They also indicated that they will be a continuous news flow. I am satisfied they have been changes and from experience as a management consultant in an earlier career there will be more changes along the way. I am happy to be holding and won't hesitate to buy more when the right opportunity arises.
