Can someone shed light on the fact that they have the mining leases in place.
they have a significant resource and its a low capex to develop the infrastructure to get the ore out of the ground.
the fact they haven't started mining and are looking for extensions and other deposits tells me there might be some real constraints.
would be keen to hear what others think about this?
