We became "technically" overbought. Plain and simple.
I counted 6 candles (trading days) from under $4 to $4.85.
We had a director purchase ~ $3.80 not long ago and I bought a couple more at $4.05 not long after Bernie. I later let 9% of my holding go @ $4.66. I will be selling strength and buying weakness with that 9% trading allocation from here forth with the intended strategy of increasing my total holding. A combination of Bollies and RSI analysis gives a relatively safe buy or sell cue whilst we wait for further news and progress. My core holding is sacred unless there is significant board disruption.
Fundamentally we are rock solid. Watch us bounce off the RSI soon - 27/4.
29/4 I forgot to press post sorry Seubie. We bounced off the RSI today and I mistimed the bottom due to no phone coverage where I've been the last two days. Nevermind, I'm in the buy queue this afternoon. I don't believe our board are interested in a takeover either (IMO).
Our 14 day loss is comparable to the sector - our 12 month gain is incomparable to the sector
