It will be not be a surprise to me if a Take Over offer is forthcoming. The VWAP has been lowered so that an offer would look fair and reasonable to most shareholders. Over 50 years of investing I have seen similar SP adjustments that are out of sync with the companies performance that have concluded with a TO offer. This is my view only so please reach your own conclusions.
