Personally, when it comes to business (and probably life in general), I am not a huge fan of consistency. Often circumstances and information changes, and consistency will cost you dearly. Pivoting in business can be very important. It’s a smart team, and they will adapt to changed circumstances and information. That may seem like inconsistency, when in fact, it is intelligent manoeuvring based on new information. Just my view.
