Their project knowledge and what they intended to do was based on what project consultants had given them at the time and they had no in house experts. They've built a lab and have been testing processing options, the first one they probably thought was too carbon intensive. They've got in house experts now and they're now trying to refine the process because it's Australia, not Eastern Europe.
