    Great update! Two big points from my perspective as below:

    1. Cashflow burn is pretty well capped at $6-7m/Qtrly which means we have at least 2 years worth of cash remaining, which by all accounts should take us past DFS and until FID/committed funds for constructions.

    2. DFS due diligence is incredibly methodical to fast track financial decisions from capital providers
