I will qualify - all LCT pegmatites carry caesium in varying percentages but as best I can ascertain no Pilbara miners at least consider they have pollucite of commercial significance. And the Karibib mine of Lepidico only has 350 ppm Cs and will only produce caesium formate brines -an incredibly expensive specialised oil drilling fluid. But with oil going gangbusters again that's significant Buffett and Goldman Sachs loading up on oil majors. No caesium mines in operation globally no caesium formate brines upon which all the major oil companies depend. Then there is Cs for 5G and many other applications -all dependent now on processing waste material at Tanco with Cabot now controlled by China.
It's a complex subject - lots of different lithium micas besides lepidolite. I am no expert I simply refer to the fact that historical sampling at Tambourah has reported up to 1200 ppm Cs -even higher I think and to me that's highly encouraging to discover a commercial lithium mica deposit along with the potential for another pollucite mine like Sinclair -which was very profitable -or another Tanco. Not to mention the high rubidium grades in the area. I would be up it like a rat up a drain pipe - less competition than base metals.
