Negative commentary is fine if its warranted and backed up - its the unfounded pronouncements that is irritating - the report clearly mentions that results from testing are due over the next couple of months, it also says that NBR is continuing - sure some of the news is not great, like the mention a few days ago that a regulator had suspended activities at one site, however to make the claim that there will be no news (whether good or bad) this year is completely unfounded, as are his many predictions about share value. not to mention the constant goal shifting about what price he is going to buy in at - all talk, no foundation, no relevance
