So going by criterion 3 and 4, 50% of the criteria for being awarded the Grant is based on evidence the project can be successfully completed.
Will definitely give Vince credit for getting that over the line. I would actually love to see the submission and I think it would give investors a huge insight into what Vince has going on behind the scenes which no one is privey to... Especially around funding.
Maybe the run up in SP before the grant announcement could partly be leaky government ship. Whoever has seen the submission 100% knows a tonne more about where the project is being taken vs the average investor.
