testing results are not released because they can secure a workover rig - i.e. they haven't started the testing

my (frustrated) recount of events for enterprise:

1. delays getting permitting
2. delays to start drilling due to (as they put it) holding out to get the specific drill and team they wanted
3. drill team then violated permit which led to a fine
4. water ingress into well meant gas composition testing could not be completed - not their fault this one, it happens
5. delays developing a testing program to deal with water ingress
6. delays securing any workover rig to complete testing program

this is not the track record of performance that substantiates a request for a pay rise
