Keen to see full closure on the project funding this quarter. Financial markets are undergoing fairly volatile times and it is hence imperative that management secures and accepts firm offers of project funding that are optimally ( long term ) priced . NAÏF facility is a good first step . But inflation is rife and cost escalation from a project perspective will continue to be a moving target. At some point in time I worry that product pricing may not stay in tandem with cost escalation . Hence makes sense to close out open funding issue sooner than later.
