Yes,as we've come to expect from EMR,they continue to kick goals.
I do believe that there is a 'no early payment' clause for the loan. They had to do the necessary in order to get their hands on this capital. That being said, it did bring us to the enviable position in which we find ourselves today. Liquidity wasn't nearly as good pre-Covid. With the $100M facility also in play, this will prove to be a game changer, as liquidity once again begins to dry up and financing becomes more stringent for new startups.
On another note, it will great to finally see what I believe will be the door slammed shut on the Xinghao clowns. They've wasted enough of everyone's time.
