Depending on oil production and price they may be able to do it with the addition of a small loan to get them across the line. estimated costs were $5.5M and they had $2.8m on the books ending 31st March. Tad optimistic I agree but the possibility is there and the $5.5M costs are spread over the next 6 months. With current monthly cashflow I don't see them having an issue getting a loan to get this thing moving on VARN.
