yes, the European gas crisis will last a finite amount of time, but that doesn't necessarily mean very soon. Rather, as stated, most commentators are suggesting quite a protracted period for obvious reasons. They think the war will be protracted, meaning embargoes etc extended, and replacement gas and oil is not going to be pulled from potatoes either, meaning, substitutes aren't arriving soon. But this relative lengthy period is still finite, just as the continuation of the universe is finite. Not coming to an end tomorrow, quite the contrary hopefully, but finite all the same. You seem to interpret things to fit your agenda, and not by proper means of language and logical conclusions based on the evidence of the facts before us, but rather, a skewed opinion of half truths webbed together to make a conspiratorial picture that only you can see. Minds can do that.

But not says me. The primary cause of the present oil/gas issues is coming to an end soon; the war. That won't resolve the issue immediately, as the EU is not going to start invigorating their contracts with Russia, quite the contrary, and on that note, Russia will be going backwards form now on. The people will rise up, and the present dictatorship will be replaced. Putin is likely to be going before then though. Only once Russia becomes a fully democratic and respected nation, many years from now, will it earn its right to be brought back into the fold.
