Well said. Government and industry reports on the matter clearly outline a greater need for gas if they want to transition to "green energy" not less gas. Besides so many industries and manufacturing processes in Germany like making glass rely on gas.

Another point people fail to get is that batteries don't produce energy they just store it. There is a reason why Japan and China are building so many Coal fired power plants, with China alone building 184 new plants in 2020. They need something to power their energy hungry electric cars.
